To qualify for a non-refund, the client must furnish comprehensive feedback outlining the reasons for their discontent, affording us the opportunity to rectify any issues.
It’s important to note that once services have been delivered and utilized by the client, we typically do not entertain requests for non-refunds, unless extraordinary circumstances warrant such consideration. Should a non-refund be deemed appropriate, we commit to processing it within 14 business days upon receipt of the request. Non-refunds will be issued using the same payment method employed for the initial purchase.
